Methods and Pricing

There are many ways for you to place your order. Our preferred method is online ordering, as it helps reduce transcription or communication errors, helps us keep our costs as low as possible, and helps you keep track of your order history. If you do not yet have an online account established, just click “Sign-In,” and follow the prompts to “Create A Company Account.” Once you have done this, your account will just need to be approved at our corporate offices. You’ll be notified once approved, and you will then have access (when logged-in) to all available discounted pricing and exclusive offers.

If you do not wish to order online, you may email your orders to salesorders@newcountryorganics.com or give us a call at 888-699-7088. We will never accept an order or changes to an order left over voicemail.

Do you need a copy of your price sheet? Drop us a line at customercare@newcountryorganics.com and we will email one to you, or view updated prices here. All products available to you at a discounted price are on your price sheet. If you don’t see what you are looking for, it is likely still available to you at the price seen on our website.

Size Matters

Our trained fulfillment team can get up to 2,250lb on a pallet, leaving room for a miscellaneous case of margin-boosting products such as Flock Perfect Chicken Dance Grubs, Grits, Shells, or Herbs. Generally speaking, this translates into forty-five 50lb bags of feed or mineral on one pallet. If you mix-in bales of hemp bedding, the dimensional difference may affect the number of items that can fit on your order. That’s where our trained Customer Care Team is here to help!

In One Day, Out the Next

With organics interest being at an all-time high, we are making it our top priority to get your order to you in a timely manner. That’s why our service standard is something we take seriously. All orders received by 2:00 PM EST on a given business day ship no later than the next business day (providing that all items on the order are stock, not custom). If you placed a pickup order, pickup hours are from 12:00 PM until 4:30 PM the following day. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will reach out to you using the contact information in your account.


Sometimes things change, we get it. If you have any emergency changes to your order, you may call them in to 888-699-7088 up until 2:00 PM EST on the day before your order is scheduled to ship. All change requests after this 2:00 PM EST day prior cutoff incur a $50 change order fee.

If the status of your order shows as “in-progress” we will be unable to process your change request, regardless of when it is submitted. This is because it has already entered the processing, picking, and packing phases of fulfillment. Depending on our work load at the time of your change request, it may delay the shipment of your order.
